What you will do

• Support execution of global, regional, and market-level media strategies across assigned brands and categories.
• Coordinate with agency partners to manage media planning, trafficking inputs, optimization requests, and reporting deliverables.
• Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis and support in-flight optimization activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Marketing and Communications to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
• Assist in media budget tracking, pacing updates, and the maintenance of performance dashboards.
• Compile performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and learning summaries for post-campaign reporting.

Requirements

• Foundational experience in media planning, activation, or related marketing roles.
• Strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in working with performance dashboards and reports.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.
