What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of B2B sportsbook operators, ensuring daily operational excellence and strong client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating operator requests and communicating updates.
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to support integrations and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct regular operator performance reviews and platform audits to recommend product updates.
- Analyze operator KPIs to identify revenue-boosting opportunities and strategic betting events.
- Handle contract renewals, upsell additional features, and negotiate commercial terms to drive growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in account management, customer success, or business development in iGaming, sportsbook, or B2B SaaS.
- Fluent in English (B2+) and Russian (B2), both written and spoken.
- Proven experience managing multiple B2B clients or operators.
- Solid knowledge of sportsbook operations, betting markets, and industry trends.
- Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, and KPI-based decision-making.
Nice to have
- Experience with upselling and revenue growth strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze operator performance proactively.
- Knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, or German.
