What you will do

• Assist in receiving and managing client requests.
• Help plan, design, and execute events within established timeframes.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Gather information and prepare periodic reports for stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas to improve services and event quality.
• Organize event details like décor, catering, entertainment, location, guest list, equipment, and promotional materials.
• Identify and resolve issues before or during events.
• Support pre- and post-event evaluations and reporting.

Requirements

• Background in Business, Marketing, or Advertising.
• Pro-active with hands-on approach and enthusiasm for creativity.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English and Spanish (fluency).
• Good knowledge of social media and media/advertising industry.
• Ability to sign an internship agreement with university.
• Team player who can also work autonomously.
