Location: Remote - Must be based in Mexico or a similar time zone. Occasional travel required for company onsites (4-6 times per year).

A fintech company using machine learning-powered credit models to provide fair credit access to underserved customers globally, with a strong presence in Mexico.
What you will do
- Own paid acquisition end-to-end across mobile channels including Meta, Google App Campaigns, and DSPs.
- Build and mature the performance marketing function, establishing processes, reporting, and experimentation frameworks.
- Manage agency relationships and progressively move execution and knowledge in-house.
- Optimize full-funnel performance from initial impression to repayment behavior to improve CAC and LTV.
- Design and execute rigorous A/B tests and incrementality tests to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Analytics, and Design to refine targeting and onboarding flows.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in mobile performance marketing with a track record of scaling app acquisition.
- Expertise in optimizing for downstream metrics such as activation, conversion, and revenue.
- Experience with mobile attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer) and handling signal loss (SKAN).
- Proficiency in SQL to analyze performance data and generate independent insights.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Based in Mexico or a similar time zone.
Nice to have
- Experience in FinTech, lending, or credit-focused businesses.
- Experience operating in Mexico or other emerging markets.
- Familiarity with incrementality testing and creative strategy at scale (UGC, iteration frameworks).
- Experience with DSPs and programmatic buying.
