What you will do

• Develop and execute localized, culturally relevant marketing strategies for Spanish-speaking LATAM markets.
• Adapt global messaging to local cultural and linguistic contexts to ensure regional relevance.
• Plan and execute multichannel campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social (Meta, WhatsApp).
• Monitor and optimize acquisition, activation, and retention funnels using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global CRM, Performance Marketing, and Product teams to build scalable best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within Latin America.
• Strong proficiency in multichannel marketing (CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO).
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Experience developing positioning, value propositions, and localized messaging.
• Ability to work with limited data to design and execute impactful initiatives.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Portuguese.
