What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of Product Managers, including coaching, mentoring, hiring, onboarding, and career development.
• Ensure strong product management standards across teams with effective roadmaps, prioritization, validation, and documentation.
• Drive consistent, outcome-driven product development with high transparency in decision-making and operational alignment.
• Align planning, execution, and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Support teams in balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform investments.
• Partner with engineering leadership and stakeholders to translate Core Platform strategy into actionable direction.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing a team of Product Managers on product thinking, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Strong experience translating strategy into product direction and execution across multiple teams in complex environments.
• Deep expertise in prioritization, roadmapping, discovery, validation, and KPI-based decision-making.
• Ability to establish and scale consistent product processes and align cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Data, Business).
• Solid understanding of platform products like APIs, services, scalability, and reusability, including technical constraints.
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on processes and business value.
