What you will do

• Draft FCC license application packages, including cover letters, technical narratives, and test report summaries.
• Prepare and manage CE marking technical files and Declarations of Conformity for Radio Equipment, EMC, Low Voltage, and Marine Equipment Directives.
• Coordinate international market filing packages for ISED, MIC, KCC, ACMA, UKCA, and other regions with in-country agents.
• Own and maintain product compliance matrices and a centralized document repository for all target markets.
• Conduct regulatory research to inform market entry strategies and track critical changes such as FCC Covered List and FAA BVLOS updates.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance analysis, or technical writing within hardware, aerospace, or maritime industries.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence is required (ITAR/EAR compliance); no sponsorship provided.
• Strong ability to analyze dense regulatory texts (CFR, EU Official Journal) and extract actionable requirements.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and Power Automate.

Nice to have

• Experience in product compliance or certification within consumer electronics or aerospace companies.
• Familiarity with FCC, CE marking, or other product certification frameworks.
• Paralegal certification or professional credentials in regulatory affairs.
