What you will do

• Perform manufacturing and assembly operations in strict compliance with SOPs and quality requirements.
• Conduct testing and inspection of components to verify conformity to specifications and drawings.
• Maintain performance measures including output and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Complete production and quality records accurately in line with documentation standards.
• Collaborate within a flexible production team to achieve schedule and quality targets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, delivery, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Secondary school education or equivalent qualification.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• English: Fluency sufficient to understand procedures, safety requirements, and work instructions.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Ballina, Ireland.
