What you will do
- Lead and organize people, equipment, and processes across Electronics Production, Aftermarket, and Logistics.
- Manage a team of 80+ staff, including direct reports and supervisors.
- Plan resources and coordinate with Supply Chain, Program Management, and Customer Service to meet targets.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) such as On Time Delivery, Absenteeism, and Cost of Poor Quality.
- Optimize production processes using Lean and Continuous Improvement tools like 5S.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, Known Consignor accreditation, and Dangerous Goods Transportation requirements.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience leading and managing people in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Carrigaline/Ringaskiddy, Ireland.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for interacting with all levels from senior management to line operators.
Nice to have
- Engineering qualification in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Business qualification in Supply Chain/Logistics.
- Experience with SAP and Lean methodologies.
- Project Management qualification.
- Experience in Known Consignor compliance.
