What you will do

• Lead and organize people, equipment, and processes across Electronics Production, Aftermarket, and Logistics.
• Manage a team of 80+ staff, including direct reports and supervisors.
• Plan resources and coordinate with Supply Chain, Program Management, and Customer Service to meet targets.
• Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) such as On Time Delivery, Absenteeism, and Cost of Poor Quality.
• Optimize production processes using Lean and Continuous Improvement tools like 5S.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, Known Consignor accreditation, and Dangerous Goods Transportation requirements.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience leading and managing people in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Carrigaline/Ringaskiddy, Ireland.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for interacting with all levels from senior management to line operators.

Nice to have

• Engineering qualification in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Business qualification in Supply Chain/Logistics.
• Experience with SAP and Lean methodologies.
• Project Management qualification.
• Experience in Known Consignor compliance.
