What you will do

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor process performance, quality output, and production schedules.
• Perform routine machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Report faults, issues, and deviations while supporting team production targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and Quality procedures, including shift work and overtime.

Requirements

• Experience operating machinery or equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to operating procedures.
• Good attention to detail with a strong quality focus.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with electromechanical systems.
• Previous shift work experience.
