What you will do

• Lead the manufacturing engineering team to develop and implement processes meeting production goals for safety, quality, service, and cost.
• Communicate effectively, leading meetings and managing business operations.
• Plan procedures, budgets, schedules, and manpower requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, resolve issues, and foster innovation and team development.
• Collaborate across functions and geographies to employ best practices in product, process, and tooling design.

Requirements

• Level 8 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering or related
• 4-6 years supervisory or operations support experience in a highly regulated environment
• Experience in medical device field advantageous
• Demonstrated leadership, team development, communication, and influencing skills
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• IT proficient (SAP knowledge an advantage); good interpersonal skills and team player
