What you will do

  • Manage manufacturing engineering team including resource allocation, priority setting, performance reviews, and goal development.
  • Support production floor with quality and process issues, develop processes for new products and changes.
  • Lead process validation, risk management, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives for quality, yields, and productivity.
  • Oversee project management, capital investments, change orders, audits, and regulatory support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business objectives and report on KPIs like production yields and resource usage.
  • Coach and develop team members while updating manufacturing policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years manufacturing experience in electro-mechanical assembly/test environment
  • Minimum 4 years supervisory experience in technical management
  • Proven communication skills, problem-solving, root cause investigation.
  • Knowledge of ERP/MES systems, Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
  • Expertise in process validation/qualification in medical devices or regulated industry; proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD.
