Location: US - PA - Horsham (2nd Shift: 3:30pm-12am, may start earlier per business needs)

Salary: $124,908—$184,000 plus bonus opportunity

What you will do

• Oversee second-shift manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and front-line teams, fostering accountability and engagement.
• Develop production schedules, staffing plans, and prioritize based on customer needs, design releases, and materials.
• Partner with Planning, Engineering, and Purchasing to ensure customer commitments.
• Identify process risks, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and champion safety and 6S workplace organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business with 10+ years progressive production experience (equivalent considered).
• 7+ years managing management-level and non-management employees; systems manufacturing experience desired.
• Experience managing production of complex electro-mechanical equipment.
• ERP experience required (SAP preferred); strong leadership, communication, performance management, and change management skills.
• Semiconductor capital equipment industry experience desired.
