Supply Chain Intern (Robotics)

Supply Chain Intern (Logistics/Robotics): Establishing a Landed Cost Baseline for purchased products and supporting the proliferation of SOPs across growing entities with an accent on data analysis and operational consistency. Location: On-site in Salt Lake City, UT. Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence due to ITAR/EAR restrictions.

What you will do

• Lead the Landed Cost Analysis project to identify true costs by collaborating with Shipping, Finance, and Procurement.
• Support daily purchasing operations and non-inventory buying activities.
• Standardize and roll out Supply Chain SOPs across various business entities to ensure operational consistency.
• Execute data cleanup and maintenance within SAP and Arena PLM to improve MRP accuracy and inventory visibility.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure supply chain alignment.
• Prepare and deliver a formal capstone presentation of accomplishments to the VP of Supply Chain and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Currently a Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or Analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills for managing large datasets and driving insights.
• Technical aptitude to learn and navigate ERP/PLM systems (SAP and Arena).
• Ability to work On-site in Salt Lake City, UT for the duration of the 12-week program (30-40 hours per week).
• Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence (no sponsorship provided due to ITAR/EAR restrictions).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and navigate industrial facilities.
