Salary: $197,650 – $289,500 (US)

What you will do

  • Lead engineering team in building and scaling the sbx sandbox product.
  • Own end-to-end customer experience from first run to enterprise deployment.
  • Align team with business and product goals through close collaboration with product management.
  • Drive product roadmap based on customer needs.
  • Ensure predictable delivery, operational excellence, and engineering standards.
  • Facilitate cross-team communication, status reporting, hiring, and talent retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing high-performing engineering teams
  • 5+ years as software developer
  • Track record of shipping successful market products
  • Strong UX instinct and customer advocacy in technical decisions
  • Experience with enterprise customers and requirements (security, governance, compliance)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with high autonomy and remote work across time zones

Nice to have

  • Hands-on technical background for diving into code or architecture
