What you will do
- Lead engineering team in building and scaling the sbx sandbox product.
- Own end-to-end customer experience from first run to enterprise deployment.
- Align team with business and product goals through close collaboration with product management.
- Drive product roadmap based on customer needs.
- Ensure predictable delivery, operational excellence, and engineering standards.
- Facilitate cross-team communication, status reporting, hiring, and talent retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing high-performing engineering teams
- 5+ years as software developer
- Track record of shipping successful market products
- Strong UX instinct and customer advocacy in technical decisions
- Experience with enterprise customers and requirements (security, governance, compliance)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with high autonomy and remote work across time zones
Nice to have
- Hands-on technical background for diving into code or architecture
