Salary: $169,624.00 - $237,473.25

What you will do
- Lead program strategy and execution across optical systems, electronics, software, integration, test, and manufacturing.
- Synthesize technical and business perspectives into clear recommendations and decision memos for senior leadership, including the CEO.
- Establish cross-business-unit coordination mechanisms to align TeraWave optical payload initiatives with broader corporate goals.
- Manage end-to-end product execution across multiple variants from early development through EVT, DVT, PVT, and production ramp.
- Identify and eliminate systemic bottlenecks by establishing scalable processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
- Lead and develop a team of Senior Technical Program Managers, setting standards for strategic thinking and execution rigor.
Requirements
- U.S. Person status: Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident (Green Card), or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management or systems leadership in high-volume hardware or complex product environments.
- Proven experience managing hardware maturity cycles (EVT, DVT, PVT) and production at scale.
- Experience managing complex supply chains and vendor programs at production scale.
- Proficiency with agile development methods and hybrid hardware/software program execution.
Nice to have
- 15+ years of experience in technical program management or systems leadership.
- Experience leading and managing teams of program managers or TPMs.
- Experience in constellation-scale space programs.
- Advanced degree in engineering, physics, or systems engineering.
