What you will do

• Process and verify invoices and expense reports from vendors and employees.
• Handle payment processing and payment forecast analysis.
• Review provisions and index invoice processing.
• Perform vendor account reconciliations.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
• Serve as escalation point for crisis management and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in finance, financial management, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems; basic MS Outlook.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
