What you will do

• Maintain product lifecycle data accurately in engineering and management tools, including data entry, change orders, and requests.
• Perform design, drafting, edits, and quality reviews of engineering drawings, coordinating workflows globally.
• Investigate problems, create CAD designs for mechanical and thermal devices, develop prototypes, and oversee manufacturing and installation.
• Test prototypes and systems for functionality, modify designs based on results, diagnose faults, and recommend remedies.
• Handle special projects like process improvements, reports, testing write-ups, mass drawing changes, and Excel macros for data loads.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, physics, mathematics, and CAD software like SolidWorks.
• Minimum 2+ years of engineering experience; experience with power electronics packaging and mechanical support preferred.
• Expertise in Product Lifecycle Management systems (e.g., Arena, NetSuite, Salesforce a plus).
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with meticulous attention to detail and precision.
