What you will do

• Lead real estate projects from strategy to execution, translating business needs into spatial solutions with cultural and experiential elements.
• Manage the full design & build process, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with brand and user experience standards.
• Negotiate directly with landlords, vendors, and contractors to secure optimal commercial and operational outcomes.
• Conduct financial analyses, including CAPEX/OPEX modeling, budgeting, and bidding processes.
• Apply project management methodologies to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and track KPIs.
• Analyze performance data to ensure project benefits align with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Expertise in physical space design and architecture.
• Experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and technical coordination.
• Strong skills in contract negotiation and financial/procurement strategy.
• Proficiency in project and change management.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Must be based in or able to work from Sao Paulo, Brazil
