What you will do
- Direct, supervise, and mentor environmental professionals, providing clear expectations and development.
- Coordinate environmental operations and drive risk reduction and process efficiency across the region.
- Partner with Business Unit Leaders to plan and execute environmental improvement initiatives.
- Develop, monitor, and report on key environmental performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal environmental standards.
- Facilitate the read-across of best practices and standard work to improve consistency across sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Solid experience in EHS, safety, or operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Expressive leadership experience managing environmental or operations teams.
- Proven track record of implementing environmental programs and process improvements.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Brazil without sponsorship.

- Master’s degree (e.g., MBA or related).
