Location: Onsite in Piracicaba, São Paulo, Brazil (5 days a week). Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Provide product configuration services to meet business needs for sales, ordering, and manufacturing operations.
• Analyze product design and development changes to establish corresponding change control procedures.
• Develop and prepare configuration documentation required to support manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate with customers, manufacturers, and stakeholders to determine change reporting processes.
• Review engineering change data to ensure strict compliance with configuration management policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Pre-advanced level of English proficiency.
• Knowledge of major production application systems used for service delivery.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to determine root causes of organizational problems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives and prioritize time effectively.
