Senior Environmental Project Manager (Pipeline)

Location: Can be based anywhere in the United States, with preference for Pennsylvania. Domestic travel of 0–20% may be required.

Salary: $145,300–$183,400 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage or support pipeline-sector projects of varying size and complexity.
• Build and collaboratively manage multidisciplinary project teams.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, staffing, and resources.
• Maintain relationships with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Review project deliverables for quality assurance and client requirements.
• Support proposals, marketing activities, mentoring, and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a natural resource or environmental field.
• At least 10 years of experience or familiarity with federal, state, and local permitting processes, preferably for pipeline projects.
• At least 5 years of project management or deputy project management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of permitting involving FERC, USACE, USFWS, federal land management agencies, SHPO, or other regulatory agencies.
• Strong communication, technical writing, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment authorization is verified through E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Experience or advanced education in environmental law, planning, anthropology or archaeology, hydrology, biology, wetland ecology, or related technical fields.
• Technical editing experience.
