What you will do
- Provide operational support to utility group leaders and project teams, coordinating priorities and commitments across active projects.
- Manage project schedules and milestones to ensure alignment with scope and minimize delivery conflicts.
- Act as an intake coordinator for engineering teams, managing proposal tracking, logs, and pursuit coordination.
- Draft and coordinate professional communications on behalf of engineering leadership.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and partner with leadership to implement practical operational improvements.
- Maintain shared technical documentation and resources according to company standards.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or project engineering within an engineering or consulting environment.
- Proven experience organizing workflows and priorities in client-facing, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Ability to travel 10-15% and perform some field work.
