What you will do

• Develop and maintain integrated, multi-project schedules with resource loading aligned to consulting delivery models.
• Perform capacity and utilization planning, identifying constraints and skill gaps across engineering teams.
• Align schedules with financial forecasts, labor planning, and project changes in collaboration with managers.
• Track critical paths, milestones, risks, and variances; support recovery planning and standards implementation.
• Produce reports on capacity vs. demand, utilization, and schedule health for leadership.
• Conduct scenario analysis and ensure data accuracy across Deltek Vantagepoint and scheduling tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years in project scheduling, project controls, or resource planning
• Prior experience in engineering, AEC, professional services consulting, or Utility firms
• Hands-on with Deltek Vantagepoint, labor planning, and utilization forecasting
• Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet, Primavera, or similar tools
• Experience building resource-loaded schedules (beyond timeline tracking)
• Strong understanding of consulting models: utilization, backlog, billability

• Experience with electrical engineering or technical consulting teams
