What you will do
- Act as primary IT contact for Europe team, aligning local needs with global IT strategy and advising on best practices.
- Provide hands-on technical support: desktop hardware setup, Wi-Fi, Office 365, Okta, Active Directory, AV systems, inventory, and ticket resolution.
- Identify productivity opportunities and implement automation solutions using scripting, Power Automate, Zapier, APIs.
- Leverage AI tools like copilots and LLMs to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
- Lead IT projects, support office initiatives, and drive continuous improvements through process optimization.
Requirements
- Based in Madrid, Spain
- Proficient English and Spanish
- 5+ years of IT desktop support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, networking, Active Directory
- Experience leading regional IT support as point of contact
- Scripting/programming (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) and automation tools
- Interest or experience with AI tools in business environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
