What you will do
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, on/offboarding, and license inventory across SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack.
- Provide first-line technical support and onboard new employees on company systems.
- Evaluate, configure, and customize SaaS solutions including CRMs, project management, HR systems, dashboards, and automations.
- Build internal templates, workflows, process documentation, and train team on tools.
- Handle website operations: content publishing, performance monitoring, updates, and minor design changes.
- Coordinate with external vendors and maintain technical process documentation.
Requirements
- Fluent English (working language); Spanish helpful
- 2-4 years in IT operations, business systems administration, or similar
- Hands-on with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, CRMs
- Comfortable with Webflow or no-code website platforms
- Experience configuring SaaS for non-technical users
- Strong communication for daily interactions with non-technical leads
- Detail-oriented, process-driven mindset
- Familiarity with AI tools (Claude stack or similar)
Nice to have
- Experience at startup, scale-up, or holding company
- Automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
- Basic GDPR and data protection knowledge
- Google Cloud, AWS basic admin
