What you will do

• Lead Modern Workplace projects focused on Microsoft 365 environments
• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and collaboration tools
• Analyze client environments to identify improvement opportunities
• Implement identity, device management, and security solutions
• Support digital workplace transformation and user adoption initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

• Spanish (Mandatory), English (Professional)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory
• Experience with identity integration (Azure AD Connect, Active Directory, ADFS or similar)
• Experience with device management tools such as Intune or Endpoint Manager
• Understanding of Microsoft security capabilities such as Conditional Access or threat protection

Nice to have

• Experience with Windows Virtual Desktop or virtual workplace environments
• Familiarity with Exchange environments and hybrid infrastructures
