What you will do

• Manage site operations, asset governance, and overall facility costs.
• Act as the centralized gatekeeper for site project execution and RE&F (Real Estate & Facilities) standards.
• Oversee third-party provider performance and negotiate contracts for service and cost efficiency.
• Implement global standards, technologies, and best practices across the site.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in IT, Legal, EHS, HR, and Security.
• Provide regular performance reports and updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Professional experience of at least 4 years in facility support.
• Intermediate English level.
• Experience in creating productive work environments and leading sustainability initiatives.
• Proven ability to address employee feedback and take full ownership of site condition.

Nice to have

• Data Center Certifications: DCDA, BCM, OPRO, CDCP, CDCS, CDE, CDFOM, or CDRP.
