Location: Must be based in the US (Fully Remote or Hybrid in Huntsville, AL).
Salary: $140,000–$180,000 Annually.

What you will do
- Identify and develop strategies for growth with the US Department of Defense, USSF, and intelligence agencies.
- Collaborate with internal capture and engineering teams to prepare competitive bids meeting strict security standards.
- Maintain deep insight into emerging space program requirements and customer technical roadmaps.
- Manage primary customer interfaces and resolve concerns effectively to ensure high satisfaction.
- Build and nurture long-term trust-based relationships with program managers and key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings forecasts in CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business or 8+ years of relevant military experience.
- Minimum 7 years of Business Development experience in the USSF, NRO, or related space agencies.
- Must be able to obtain or hold a TS/SCI security clearance.
- Must be a US person capable of accessing export-controlled information (ITAR).
- Deep understanding of DoW acquisition processes and contract vehicles.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally up to 50% of the time.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with spacecraft, mission architectures, and space situational awareness.
- Experience with cross-agency joint missions and classified projects.
