Senior Project Manager (Water Tech)

Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Author project plans, charters, SOWs, risk mitigation, and quality plans using Smartsheet and Atlassian.
• Manage project change orders, contracts, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Perform monthly budget reconciliations, expense tracking, and invoicing.
• Architect and deliver scalable project-specific solutions in collaboration with senior management and product architects.
• Provide technical scope and costing for proposals and develop training materials for other project managers.
• Share and support commercial best practices across the Decision Intelligence Solutions team.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or a related field from a four-year university.
• 7+ years of technology experience in water/wastewater utility consulting, planning, or operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft, Smartsheet, and Atlassian software.
• Familiarity with simulation software (EPA-SWMM), geospatial data (ESRI), or SCADA/cloud platform deployments.
• Must be based in Toronto for hybrid work and be able to travel to client sites up to 30% of the time.
• Proven experience managing diverse teams and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
