What you will do
- Oversee full project lifecycle for large, high-risk, multi-region initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and quality to meet deadlines.
- Define project scope, prevent scope creep, and align stakeholders using Rocket’s project management framework.
- Coordinate requirement sessions, kickoffs, status updates, and act as primary customer interface building trust-based relationships.
- Monitor risks, address challenges, and collaborate with sales for revenue opportunities and portfolio management.
- Track KPIs, implement process improvements, and establish governance for operational excellence.
- Partner with account executives, product development, customer success, and engineering for seamless delivery.
Requirements
- 12+ years progressive project management experience in enterprise-scale portfolios, preferably in software professional services
- 6+ years leading senior-level customer-facing project managers
- Proven track record driving revenue growth and business transformation in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent; PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification.
- Executive-level communication, transformational leadership, resource optimization, risk management, financial acumen.

- Certifications or experience in Agile methodologies.
