What you will do

• Lead zero-to-one initiatives from ideation to launch, managing costing, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
• Implement project discipline across leadership initiatives, ensuring clear documentation, ownership, and accountability.
• Act as a clearinghouse for new product ideas, pressure-testing them and converting them into viable business cases.
• Support VP Finance with FP&A for new products, including revenue projections and sensitivity analysis.
• Design and maintain performance scorecards and dashboards to track content and business growth.
• Architect internal organizational structures for new teams and departments.

Requirements

• Experience in program management, product management, or business operations, preferably in a scale-stage business.
• Proven background in project/program discipline and managing structured delivery cadences.
• Strong business modeling skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Working fluency with AI tools used in daily productivity and workflows.
• Technical curiosity and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and automation teams.
• Data analytics proficiency, including SQL and dashboarding experience.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent cross-functional breadth.
• Prior founder experience.
• Background in media, content, or adjacent industries.
• Direct experience in FP&A or finance.
