What you will do

• Execute restoration projects including native plant installation (trees, shrubs, plugs) and seeding.
• Perform invasive species control and apply herbicides.
• Install erosion control devices for stream, shoreline, and slope stabilization.
• Operate and maintain power tools and equipment such as UTVs, tractors, and chainsaws.
• Maintain daily documentation and reporting of field activities.
• Adhere to strict health and safety plans.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in natural resources/life sciences OR 3+ years of landscaping experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical work in rough terrain and diverse weather.
• Ability to work 10+ hours per day, including weekends and multi-week road shifts.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience in native/invasive plant identification and herbicide application.

Nice to have

• Commercial Pesticide Applicators Certifications (Categories 5.0 and 6.0).
• Active Fed Med Card or Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Standard First Aid and CPR certification.
• Experience with map reading and basic GIS data entry.
