What you will do

• Develop and maintain stormwater asset inventories, databases, and risk scoring for prioritization.
• Perform condition assessments and inspections of stormwater collection systems and SWMFs.
• Support capital improvement planning (CIP) and maintenance management programs.
• Utilize Enterprise Asset Management platforms (HxGN EAM, Cartegraph, Cityworks) and integrate data into GIS.
• Prepare inspection reports and asset management plans, including QA/QC review.
• Coordinate with clients and project staff, and develop stormwater training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, civil/environmental engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of practical experience with stormwater collection system inspection and asset management.
• Experience implementing Stormwater Asset Management Plans and Capital Improvement Plans (CIPs).
• Ability to perform fieldwork in difficult terrain and various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• NASSCO PACP/LACP pipeline inspection certification.
• Virginia DEQ SWM & ESC Inspector certifications.
• Proficiency with Esri products (Field Maps, Survey 123, ArcGIS Desktop).
• Experience working with local government or state transportation agencies.
