What you will do

  • Prepare for, conduct, and host weekly, monthly, and quarterly client meetings discussing campaign performance and strategy (typical book of 30-35 clients).
  • Provide direction for campaign editorial calendars, aligning production with client goals, target audience, tone, and schedule.
  • Manage client digital marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, respond promptly to questions or concerns, and keep them informed proactively.
  • Partner with internal teams (content, project management, web) to deliver on expectations and foster feedback loops.
  • Maintain organization using project tools, balance client advocacy with team bandwidth, and adapt to new processes and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • At least five years of experience managing accounts in a marketing setting
  • Comfortable working remotely with reliable high-speed internet
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with SEO, social media (organic/paid), blogging, organic/paid search
  • Knowledge of data from platforms like GA4 and Google Search Console
  • Comfortable with frequent video calls
