What you will do

• Own portfolio of 12-15 client sites, set quarterly KPIs, prioritize work, and report progress directly to clients.
• Maintain technical SEO health through audits, issue backlogs, and partnering with Delivery Managers for fixes.
• Build 12-month organic growth roadmaps with keyword research, competitive analysis, and traffic forecasts.
• Write content briefs covering queries, intent, schema, and review drafts for SEO fit.
• Run AI visibility practice: monitor LLMs like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews, implement citation improvements.
• Deliver monthly reports and lead SEO portions of quarterly business reviews for non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to team playbooks, publish research, and train colleagues on SEO escalation.

Requirements

• 4+ years in SEO with end-to-end ownership: research, roadmaps, execution, reporting across multiple sites.
• Strong technical SEO: crawling, indexing, schema, Core Web Vitals, log analysis; daily use of Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4.
• Hands-on WordPress: plugins like Yoast/Rank Math, on-page optimizations, JSON-LD schema, performance enhancements.
• AI/GEO experience: monitoring visibility in ChatGPT/Perplexity/Gemini, using tools like Ahrefs Brand Radar.
• Client-facing: present strategies and audits to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented documentation, autonomous operation, strong organization and problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Coding skills in HTML/CSS/JS for SEO specs.
• Looker Studio and BigQuery experience.
• Original published research or B2B SaaS/services background.
• Server log analysis and advanced reporting cadence.
