What you will do

  • Drive farmer enrollment in CropVoice by working directly with farmers, retailers, and seed dealers.
  • Leverage existing professional networks to increase product awareness and close sales.
  • Communicate the practical and value-driven benefits of CropVoice to farmers and agronomists.
  • Support local field operations, including scouting and plot network setup.
  • Generate leads, build customer pipelines, and maintain detailed CRM records.
  • Gather and relay feedback from growers and partners to product and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong agronomic background with working knowledge of crop disease management and fungicide applications for soybeans and corn.
  • Experience in agricultural sales, ag retail, or a customer-facing agronomy role.
  • Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and build a book of business from scratch.
  • Ability to work outdoors in summer field conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license.

Nice to have

  • Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification.
