What you will do

• Manage daily FPM customer and vessel account setups to ensure business objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all setups are completed within specified KPIs and in compliance with established procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers and developers to contribute to system improvements for FPM tools and platforms.
• Provide technical support to customers and vessels using FPM system tools.
• Analyze vessel data and prepare detailed performance reports and statistics for management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marine industry regulations, standards, and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marine Engineering or a related field.
• Experience using and handling ship performance monitoring tools.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
