What you will do

• Design and develop Inspection and Metrology machines, focusing on mechanical integration and automation.
• Integrate mechatronic, optical, and software components in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Translate customer requirements into measurable design requirements and automated solutions.
• Build and test high-speed mechatronic setups for specification validation and critical parameter analysis.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams as a project/product owner, managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Develop PLC-level test sequences for mockup validation and translate them into software requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electro-mechanical, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a system engineering role within a high-end equipment company.
• Knowledge of machine conceptual design, PLC controller hardware/software, and test protocols.
• Strong analytical capabilities and project/program management skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to travel occasionally within Asia and Europe.

Nice to have

• Programming skills in PLC controllers, C, C++, Python, or VBA.
