What you will do

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of project managers and coordinators.
• Drive communication and coordination between external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of projects, overseeing cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the PMO to implement standard methods, procedures, and best practices.
• Identify project risks and drive mitigation plans to remove roadblocks.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from order acknowledgement through equipment startup.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 2-4 years of project management experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior experience leading or supervising others.
• Ability to travel 0-25%.

Nice to have

• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Experience supporting construction or mission-critical/data center projects.
• Prior power distribution equipment experience.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical contracting.
