Project Manager - Electronic Security (ESS)

What you will do

• Oversee project communications, scheduling, task lists for technicians, and deliverables across departments.
• Manage client relationships, expectations, and satisfaction as primary interface.
• Coordinate stakeholder activities, meetings, design reviews, documentation, and field verifications.
• Direct system programming, final checkouts, punch-lists, training, and project turnover to clients and service teams.
• Ensure projects complete on time, on budget, and to client expectations or better.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction or Electronic Security Systems (ESS)
• Travel up to 25% required; valid driver’s license
• Strong technical abilities to learn new technologies quickly
• Client-facing experience with professional demeanor
• Solid understanding of PMP methodologies and best practices

Nice to have

• PMP certification
• Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM)
• Lenel, Genetec, or Avigilon certifications
