What you will do

• Lead business development efforts to secure new projects in mission-critical and advanced technology sectors.
• Manage multi-disciplined Commercial Real Estate projects, including ground-up and build-to-suit data centers.
• Act as the primary strategic advisor and point of contact for high-level clients on all project engagements.
• Coordinate between internal departments, third-party partners, and clients for seamless service integration.
• Oversee the successful delivery of complex projects, ensuring all client requirements and technical specifications are met.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive cross-business initiatives and foster a culture of innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering.
• 7-10+ years of experience in design and construction for mission-critical facilities or data centers.
• 15+ years of Commercial Real Estate Project Management experience.
• Proven track record with complex development projects, including ground-up, build-to-suit, and repurposing projects.
• Expertise in zoning, entitlements, and dealings with utility companies and municipalities.
• Must be based in or able to work from Ashburn, Virginia, USA.

• PMP and LEED certifications.
• Knowledge and application of Six Sigma project management processes.
