What you will do

• Collaborate with the New Business Sales team to shape project plans for technical solutions tailored to partner goals.
• Manage large groups of internal and external stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Provide estimates on implementation timelines and resource costs to ensure a smooth transition from contract to execution.
• Lead partner implementations from kickoff to launch, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Configure partner production environments according to company best practices.
• Plan and deliver training sessions for support teams, product owners, and administrators.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of accounting, ERP, and payroll systems.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment, especially within accounting or payroll.
• Degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Basic understanding of APIs.
