What you will do

• Manage multiple small projects and change requests for live customers from inception to completion.
• Consult with clients to determine optimal software configurations and best practices based on their business needs.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and translate client requirements into software capabilities.
• Scope custom change requests and create customer Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
• Act as a technical product knowledge resource for training, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Provide regular status updates on project deliverables and milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Must be located in or able to work hybrid in Toronto, Canada.
• Knowledge of accounting systems, practices, and terminology relevant to financial software.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite.
• Strong business writing and verbal communication skills for client handling.
• Experience with database-driven workflow products or financial management software is preferred.
