What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for partners during the rollout of POS financing flows.
• Monitor daily performance and manage requests to ensure stable operation of financing workflows.
• Investigate API/Webhook failures, analyze logs, and identify root causes of technical incidents.
• Coordinate the full incident lifecycle from triage and investigation to resolution and post-mortem.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to validate fixes and drive long-term stability.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and handle proper escalation of critical issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong technical background with understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and authentication.
• Experience in FinTech, payments, POS systems, or transactional platforms.
• Ability to analyze logs and trace errors in distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• English proficiency level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
