What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery projects for financial institutions, designing operating models and workflows.
• Manage technical implementations of custody and tokenization platforms in collaboration with Engineering and Security departments.
• Execute cross-functional strategic projects sponsored by the Executive Committee, covering regulatory filings and international expansion.
• Conduct blockchain forensics and source-of-funds analysis using intelligence tools for compliance reviews.
• Contribute to sales RFPs/RFIs and support ad-hoc commercial priorities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting or project management within financial services or fintech.
• Solid understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the digital asset ecosystem (custody, trading, tokenization).
• Fluent in French and English.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
