Frontend AI Engineer

What you will do

• Design and deploy production-ready frontends for generative AI applications using Streamlit.
• Define UI/UX patterns and best practices for RAG systems, chat interfaces, and interactive dashboards.
• Integrate AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and LLM APIs into responsive applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists and backend engineers to present model outputs through real-time streaming feedback.
• Create documentation and mentor internal teams on Streamlit and frontend development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, HCI, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of frontend development experience, including 1+ year building AI/ML or LLM-powered applications.
• Production-grade Streamlit experience and high proficiency in Python.
• Experience building interfaces for RAG systems, prompt engineering tools, and document processing applications.
• Working knowledge of AWS services, RESTful APIs, and WebSockets.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards including Section 508, and web application security best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with Databricks, Collibra, Docker, CI/CD, or DevOps pipelines.
• Experience in financial services, government, or healthcare.
• Knowledge of Plotly, Altair, Matplotlib, MLOps, or model deployment patterns.
