Vienna: hybrid working (60% office, 40% remote), option to work 20 days abroad in approved countries.

What you will do

• Perform revenue and receivables postings, including payment transaction fees.
• Allocate received payments from various providers to customer accounts in the subledger.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and receivables reconciliations.
• Transfer subledger data to general ledger (SAP) and perform reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.
• Execute outgoing payments and related postings.
• Process customer inquiries, public prosecutor requests, factoring notifications, and bank inquiries.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in accounts receivable management, ideally at an internationally oriented trading company.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong affinity for numbers.
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
