What you will do

• Prepare, review, and send accurate B2B invoices in a timely manner.
• Generate and dispatch payment reminders to ensure prompt transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to clarify discrepancies and align on billing details.
• Process invoice corrections, including managing special invoicing scenarios.
• Document meeting notes and provide regular progress updates to the Team Lead.

Requirements

• Studies in finance, accounting, or business administration preferred.
• English proficiency: able to communicate effectively.
• Intermediate level of German proficiency preferred.
• Availability to work 20 hours per week (preferably 2 full days + 0.5 day).
• Meticulous attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
• Comfortable using financial software and invoicing tools.
