What you will do

• Act as a Finance Business Partner to the Executive Director Commercial Operations and Director Italy.
• Own and develop the 360° margin framework for 1P and 3P business profitability.
• Steer marketing cost controlling, ROI, and CLV-based performance measurements.
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for the Italian business.
• Manage financial steering for OwnBrands, including long-term strategy and margin development.
• Challenge commercial initiatives using fact-based profitability analyses and scenario modelling.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Controlling/FP&A within commercial, e-commerce, or consumer-oriented environments.
• Proven experience in senior business partnering with Commercial, Marketing, or Country Management stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of customer economics (CLV, marketing ROI) and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel (Power Query) and data modeling skills.
• Fluent English proficiency; German or Italian is a plus.
